Sigt melet i og vend forsigtigt sammen, s\u00e5 luften bevares.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sm\u00f8r dejen ud i et j\u00e6vnt lag p\u00e5 en bageplade p\u00e5 bagepapir. Fordel evt. p\u00e5 to plader, hvis bundende ikke skal v\u00e6re for tykke.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(Det er en smagssag, hvor tykke man vil have dem.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bag dem ved 190 grader i ca. 9 &#8211; 11 min alt efter ovn<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Udstik bundende i den st\u00f8rrelse, du gerne vil lave fromagerne i.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fromagen: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u00e6g husblassen i bl\u00f8d i koldt vand.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pisk \u00e6ggeblommerne luftige med 60 g sukker. Kom citronsaft i og evt. skal i.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pisk hviderne stive med de sidste 60 g sukker. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pisk fl\u00f8den til fl\u00f8deskum.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lun husblassen op i ganske lidt vand, og pisk det ud i \u00e6ggeblommerne.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vend hviderne i og til sidst fl\u00f8deskummet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fordel fromagen ovenp\u00e5 bundende, i den h\u00f8jde du synes. S\u00e6t dem i k\u00f8leskabet et par timer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gel\u00e9en: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kom husblassen i bl\u00f8d i koldt vand i 5 min.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Smelt husblassen i en lille kasserolle og pisk den ud i apelsinsaften.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fordel gel\u00e9en p\u00e5 toppen af fromagerne, s\u00e5 der er ca. 3-4 mm. gel\u00e9.
