Lage r\u00f8res blot koldt op.<\/li>\n<li>Saltlagen laves af 170 gr. salt og 30 gram sukker pr.L vand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der anvendes alm.K\u00f8kkensalt eller halvt af hver Nitrit- og k\u00f8kkensalt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kogning :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start med at skylle k\u00f8det let i rent vand.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e6t det over lige d\u00e6kket af rent vand, tils\u00e6t 1-4 l\u00f8g i kvarte og i en tepose 16 peberkorn og 6 hele nelliker (krydderiet, ikke blomster).<\/li>\n<li>Kog ved svag varme i ca. 1 \u00bd \u2013 1 \u00be time, indtil k\u00f8det er godt m\u00f8rt uden at tr\u00e6vle.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r suppen har n\u00e5et kogetemperatur, kan du lige smage, om suppen virker for salt.<\/li>\n<li>Er den det, skifter du en del af suppen ud med frisk vand.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r k\u00f8det er m\u00f8rt tages det op og hviler i en lukket beholder. Det skal afk\u00f8le noget, f\u00f8r du sk\u00e6rer det ud.<\/li>\n<li>Si suppen, og kog en del af den op med gelatine til brug i sylten.<\/li>\n<li>Jeg anvender som regel at tils\u00e6tte halvt s\u00e5 meget suppe, som v\u00e6gten af det f\u00e6rdigkogte k\u00f8d.<\/li>\n<li>Jeg klarg\u00f8r lidt ekstra, og bruger 60-80 gram gelatine pr. liter suppe.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t gelatinen under omr\u00f8ring og bring suppen til kogepunkt.<\/li>\n<li>Pas p\u00e5, suppen koger meget let over n\u00e5r den n\u00e5r kogepunkt.<\/li>\n<li>Jeg tils\u00e6tter ogs\u00e5 en smule eddike, til denne portion 3 spsk., samt en<br \/>smule revet frisk l\u00f8g.<\/li>\n<li>Derefter hakkes\/sk\u00e6res k\u00f8det med kniv til passende st\u00f8rrelse.<\/li>\n<li>Det hakkede k\u00f8d blandes med krydderierne, og tils\u00e6ttes den varme suppe, hvorefter sylten h\u00e6ldes op i forme\/sk\u00e5le, som glattes p\u00e5 overfladen, og st\u00e5r i k\u00f8leskab til dagen efter.<\/li>\n<li>Herefter opbevares de i k\u00f8leskab (holdbarhed 8-12 dage max.), eller<br \/>fryses.<\/li>\n<li>Opt\u00f8et sylte kan v\u00e6re blevet l\u00f8s og sv\u00e6r at sk\u00e6re, men varmes blot op<br \/>til flydende, og nedk\u00f8les s\u00e5 igen..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_gallery gallery_ids=&#8221;17010,17011,17012,17013&#8243; posts_number=&#8221;14&#8243; show_title_and_caption=&#8221;off&#8221; zoom_icon_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; pagination_font_size_tablet=&#8221;51&#8243; pagination_line_height_tablet=&#8221;2&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;][\/et_pb_gallery][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JuleSylte af nakkefilet Ingredienser: 2 nakkefileter Nitritsalt Alm k\u00f8kkensalt Sukker Peberkorn Nelliker Gelatine &nbsp; Krydderier : Bland krydderi af 4 dele sort peber og 1 del alleh\u00e5nde,en anelse st\u00f8dt nellike.
