M\/L<\/li>\n<li>Palmin til stegning\/Kogning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pynt:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flormelis<\/li>\n<li>chokoladesauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring vand, sm\u00f8r og salt i kog i en gryde.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t alt hvedemelet p\u00e5 \u00e9n gang, og r\u00f8r godt, til dejen har form som en kugle og slipper gryden.<\/li>\n<li>Kom dejen i en sk\u00e5l og pisk sukker, vanillesukker, bagepulver og \u00e6ggene i et ad gangen. Dejen skal v\u00e6re fast, blank og sej.<\/li>\n<li>Kom dejen i en spr\u00f8jtepose med en lille stjerneformet tylle eller i en bollespr\u00f8jte.<\/li>\n<li>Varm Palmin op i en gryde<\/li>\n<li>Pres dejen ud gennem tyllen direkte ned i Palminen i st\u00e6nger p\u00e5 8 &#8211; 15 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r af med en kniv eller saks. Lav nogle stykker ad gangen og steg dem 4-5 min., til de er gyldne og spr\u00f8de.<\/li>\n<li>Pas p\u00e5 Palminen ikke er for varm, for s\u00e5 vil dejen v\u00e6re r\u00e5 indvendig, selvom den er brun uden p\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>Tag st\u00e6ngerne op med en hulske, og l\u00e6g dem p\u00e5 k\u00f8kkenrulle til afdrypning.<\/li>\n<li>Drys straks med sigtet flormelis og server med dessertsauce.\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong><br \/>Dejen kan sagtens laves klar, kommes i spr\u00f8jteposen og opbevares i k\u00f8leskabet indtil stegning.
