chokolade sm\u00e5kager med hasseln\u00f8ddebunde<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser Sm\u00e5 hasseln\u00f8ddebunde:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>120 g. sukker ( 2 x 60 g )<\/li>\n<li>130 g. hasseln\u00f8ddekerner<\/li>\n<li>20 g. kartoffelmel<\/li>\n<li>150 g. past. \u00e6ggehvider<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nougat fyld &amp; drys:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g. god, nougat 32% Eller en God Chokolade eller \u00bd af hver<\/li>\n<li>En anelse flormelis til drys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de Sm\u00e5 hasseln\u00f8ddebunde:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bland kartoffelmel og halvdelen af sukker (60 g) i en meget stor sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t \u00e6ggehviderne og pisk dem til en luftig og sej marengs med en h\u00e5ndmikser.<br \/>\n(sk\u00e5len skal kunne rumme alt marengsen n\u00e5r den er pisket!)<\/li>\n<li>Blend halvdelen af sukkeret (60 g) med alle hasseln\u00f8dderne fuldst\u00e6ndigt fint i en minihakker.Vend dem nu rundt i marengsen til enes dej<\/li>\n<li>Kom dejen op i en engangsspr\u00f8jtepose med en rund, glat 12 mm. tyl i.<br \/>\nSpr\u00f8jt dejen ud p\u00e5 bageplader bekl\u00e6dt med bagepapir i sm\u00e5 flade kager, med en diameter p\u00e5 3 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Bag bundene ved 170 grader til de er gyldne og giver efter ved et let tryk, ca. 25 minutter afh\u00e6ngigt af ovnen.<\/li>\n<li>Afk\u00f8les helt og befries fra bagepapir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nougatfyld:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r nougaten i mindre stykker og smelt den forsigtigt i en sk\u00e5l over et varmt vandbad.<br \/>\nVandet skal v\u00e6re varmt, men m\u00e5 ikke koge.<\/li>\n<li>Kom den smeltede nougat op i en engangsspr\u00f8jtepose og klip et lille hul.<br \/>\nSpr\u00f8jt nougaten i sm\u00e5 klatter p\u00e5 halvdelen af de afk\u00f8lede n\u00f8ddebunde.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e6g den anden halvdel n\u00f8ddebunde p\u00e5 som l\u00e5g, og pres let, s\u00e5 de to \u201climer\u201d sammen.<\/li>\n<li>Sigt til sidst flormelis ud over nougat sm\u00e5kagerne.<\/li>\n<li>Lad nougaten s\u00e6tte sig inden de pakkes ned.<\/li>\n<li>Opbevar dem i en luftt\u00e6t beholder med l\u00e5g.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_gallery gallery_ids=&#8221;7643,7644,7650,7645,7646,7647,7648,7649&#8243;
