Og sm\u00f8r en rund springform p\u00e5 ca 25 cm i diameter med margarine sm\u00f8r eller ligne .<\/li>\n<li>Tag en sk\u00e5l og bland mel, kakaopulver og bagepulver.<\/li>\n<li>Adskil \u00e6ggehvider fra \u00e6ggeblommer.<\/li>\n<li>Pisk \u00e6ggehviderne med 3 spsk koldt vand indtil det er fast<\/li>\n<li>Tilf\u00f8je s\u00e5 sukker og pisk konstant indtil sukkeret er opl\u00f8st<\/li>\n<li>Tilf\u00f8j \u00e6ggeblommer, en ad gangen.<\/li>\n<li>Vend forsigtigt mel blandingen i med en spatel<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld blandingen i formen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bages i 20 til 25 minutter.
