Vacuum-saltning har ogs\u00e5 den fordel at din r\u00f8gvarer ikke kan optage mere salt end du har tilsat &#8211; Det er altsa\u030a lige meget om det salter i 4 eller 10 d\u00f8gn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Der skal bruges 2,4% salt 0,7% sukker pr kg k\u00f8d. og man kan s\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 tils\u00e6tte for eksempel 0,3% peber blanding pr kg k\u00f8d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00e5 det kommer til at se s\u00e5dan her ud &#8211; 24 gram salt (12 gram alm salt &amp; 12 gram nitritsalt) pr kg k\u00f8d,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>7 gram sukker pr kg k\u00f8d, 3 gram 9 peber pr kg k\u00f8d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">24 gram Salt \/ Nitritsalt pr kg k\u00f8d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7 gram Brun farin eller r\u00f8rsukker pr kg k\u00f8d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Evt. 3 gram 9 peber pr kg k\u00f8d eller andre krydderier kan ogs\u00e5 undlades\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vacuumposer &#8211;
